About us
The Stomatological Polyclinic Šiljeg is founded on family tradition. The dental specialist Ivan Šiljeg founded his own private dentist surgery, having worked for 25 years at the Health Centre of Umag. His daughter Jelena Šiljeg Batagelj joined him in 1993, and in 1998 specialised in orthodontics; while his son Jurica specialised in oral surgery in 2005.
Long-standing experience, professional development at national and foreign courses, seminars, congresses, and excellent teamwork are the cornerstones of our Polyclinic.
The Polyclinic has three modern and professionally-equipped operating rooms for services such as conservative stomatology, prosthetics, orthodontics and oral surgery. It is also possible to co-ordinate with other specialist types of surgery (e.g. Paradontology). All operating rooms are equipped with RTG and RVG.
The Polyclinic has its own car park. In order to satisfy the needs of elderly and patients required disabled access, the entrance to the Polyclinic is equipped with a lift. We also offer the possibility of accommodation in apartments nearby to patients who would like to spend some time in our region.
